About Us

We are Africa ADR Practice Institute (AAPI), a non-profit dedicated to transforming dispute resolution across Africa.

We're an organization with a big commitment to transforming how disputes are resolved across Africa. We're here to champion young and emerging African ADR professionals. Our focus on tackling those systemic barriers that can make it tough to get started, like reducing training costs and improving access to real-world practice. We also aim to provide flexible ADR approaches that work well, even outside of rigid institutional setups. And importantly, empowering women in ADR practice is central to everything we do, helping them gain prominence in dispute resolution both nationally and internationally.

Key Messages
