AAPI’s internship and placement programs are crafted to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
We offer young ADR professionals and students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working with seasoned practitioners and institutions across Africa. Through practical assignments, mentorship, and exposure to live cases, interns are empowered to build their professional portfolios and deepen their understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms.
Our goal is to create a strong foundation for long-term careers in ADR while fostering a network of professionals committed to reshaping justice delivery on the continent.
